I understand that falsification of any information I have provided for employment consideration may result in disciplinary action or employment termination if I am employed by ALACO LADDER COMPANY. (ALC). I authorize ALC to verify any information I have furnished on this application and to contact any references I have listed including former employers. In consideration of my employment, I agree to conform to the rules and regulations of ALC and that my employment and compensation can be terminate, at any time, at the option of either ALC or myself. I understand that no representative of ALC except the President has the authority to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing or to enter into any agreement for employment for any specific period of time. I agree as a condition of employment to take and meet the requirements of a physical examination which may include one or more drug screening test. I also understand that if I am hired, as a condition of continued employment, I may be required to take and pass additional drug screening tests.
